Iluvatar CoreX demonstrated its Tiangai 300 GPU and claimed performance matching or exceeding Nvidiaās H200 on selected AI workloads, including multimodal generation. These are company demonstrations reported by the press, rather than evidence of equivalent performance across all training and inference tasks. (SCMP)
XHEART introduced the X7 Ultra automotive chip with advertised large-model compute of 700 TOPS. The companyās broader X7 shipment figures concern the series, so they should not be treated as deliveries of this newly announced Ultra variant. (č“¢č社)
Alibaba Cloud launched Apsara Stack International v3.18, targeting governments, operators and large enterprises that want locally deployed AI infrastructure. The private-cloud platform supports disconnected operation and integrates models, private knowledge bases and agentsāan infrastructure offering distinct from access to Alibabaās public model APIs. (é·å³°ē½)
Ant reports optimizing Ling-3.0-flash on a single Nvidia DGX Spark with Nvidiaās collaboration. Across 1,319 GSM8K questions, it claims decoding throughput increased from 37.81 to 53.89 tokens per second. (@AntLingAGI)
Funding
New financing backed enterprise AI and the infrastructure needed to train robots.
Kai-Fu Leeās 01.AI secured an investment agreement involving several hundred million yuan from Hangzhou municipal and Linping district state capital. Its headquarters will move to Linping, alongside plans for an industrial-AI transformation base. A reported IPO ambition remains a target rather than a completed listing process. (ęčµē)

Led by WeRideās employee number one, Huo Da, the business focuses on the data and model infrastructure underlying physical AI, extending the groupās activities beyond operating autonomous vehicles. (éåä½/ęčµē)
Zhongke Huiling completed an A++ round worth several hundred million yuan, according to Leiphone. The financing supports its push toward larger-scale embodied-intelligence applications; the report does not establish that commercial deployment has already reached that scale. (é·å³°ē½)
Policy
Vehicle-testing permissions and an industrial pilot advanced, while model-training practices drew fresh scrutiny.
China granted new autonomous-driving permissions to Xpeng and a Volkswagen joint venture. Xpengās Guangzhou permit allows Yoyo robotaxis to carry paying passengers in ādemonstration operationsāāa defined testing stage that precedes broader commercial-operation approval. (Bloomberg/SCMP)
Construction began on a national AI application pilot base for home appliances in Qingdao, led by Haier Smart Home. Planned capabilities include product and scenario testing, interoperability, standards and safety, with the aim of sharing validation resources across the industry. (é·å³°ē½)
